N'oubliez pas que toutes modifications de votre véhicule à moteur permettant une augmentation des performances ou ne respectant pas les règles d'homologation sont formellement interdites sur la voie publique et réservées à un usage privé (sur circuits, pistes...). Nous refusons de fournir matériel et informations destinés à une utilisation illégale. Nous proposons sur ce site du matériel d'origine propre aux caractéristiques d'homologation du véhicule concerné, ou bien du matériel strictement réservé à la compétition.

We answer the phone, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Since our move to Pessac, we are able to sell directly from our premises. But only at the times indicated on our Google Maps sheet. Only this sheet indicates the reality of our openings-closings to public. In the event of exceptional closure, it is indicated there. Always check before coming.


Your orders

All orders placed before noon are shipped the same day.
Before noon the status of your order changes in the minutes or hours that follow. After noon the status of your order remains on "Payment to be validated" until the next morning. It's normal ! As long as your order is not processed, you will not be charged.
We make sure to have the equipment available in stock. You can find out the status of your order at any time by opening your session on our site:
"Waiting for restocking" means that at least one reference of your order is missing. Your order remains registered and will be automatically shipped upon receipt of the missing parts from the factory.
"Payment validated" indicates that your payment has been debited, your package is ready and about to be shipped. At this stage it is no longer possible to modify or cancel your order.
"Delivered to carrier" indicates that your package has left our premises. The rest of the tracking no longer depends on us but on the delivery by the carrier. You have the tracking number of the package.
"Delivery in progress" is indicated throughout the transport phase. More precise information appears on the carrier's tracking site.
"Delivered" means that you have received your order. It is important to instantly verify that you have received everything and in good condition.


Shipment

All orders placed before noon are shipped the same day. So Colissimo is simple and economical transport. Ideal for most orders. You then choose the type of delivery: delivered directly to your home, to a local store or to a post office. A parcel number allows tracking on the colissimo.fr website.


CC payment

When you validate your order for payment by credit card, you are transferred (via a secure connection) to our bank for payment. A page then asks you for the type of your card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), your card number, its expiration date and the cryptogram (last 3 digits on the back of the card). You must then confirm the transaction via your bank's application. This prevents any fraudulent use of your card. Even if all the previous information has been entered correctly and your account is sufficiently funded, the payment will be refused if this last step is not completed. But if the payment is rejected, nothing prevents you from placing a new order for which the payment will be validated. You will only receive what you have paid and you will only be debited for the payment which will be validated.


Payment

Whatever online payment method you choose on our site (Bank Card or Paypal), you will under no circumstances be debited before the package is shipped. Only your choice of payment by transfer means that you are debited upon ordering and not upon shipment. Furthermore, your order is only shipped after we have noted your transfer credited to our account. This payment method therefore makes delivery a little longer. We do not accept checks. When you place your order with us, you choose a payment method that suits you. If you choose to "Pay online", you are then redirected to our bank's website. You must of course complete the payment procedure (in order for your order to be validated), but you will only really be debited when we have confirmed the operation, that is to say when your package is ready to leave. . This is valid both for orders placed when we are closed (weekend or holidays), as well as for orders in which we are missing parts that we cannot ship to you for several days. With us, as long as you don't receive it, you don't pay!


Statut "Payement error"

This status only appears rarely. You placed an order on our site and everything went well, including payment. In fact when you pay for your purchase on our site, you are not paying, you are giving us authorization to debit you up to the amount of your order. You are therefore not debited straight away, since we only validate your payment when the package is ready to leave. Until you are debited, your payment is "pending" and the status of your order is "Payment to validate". Therefore, two cases can cause the payment error: - By credit card, if the waiting period exceeds 7 days, the transaction automatically expires and we are then unable to debit the original transaction. This situation systematically happens when you order equipment that we do not have in stock and for which replenishment takes more than a week, or if you order when we are closed for holidays. Beyond these 7 days, we must request a duplication of your transaction; if you used your "real" credit card, in most cases this duplication will be accepted. But if you used a virtual card (e-card), or if your card has expired in the meantime, the duplication is inevitably refused. - With a Paypal payment, if in the meantime you have made another purchase on another site, which debits you instantly, your Paypal balance may no longer be sufficient when you actually pay for your purchase with us. And in this case Paypal refuses us payment, which causes this status on your order. Another reason is the expiration of your payment authorization. With Paypal a payment can "wait" up to 30 days. Beyond that it is expired. You also have the option to cancel the payment yourself during this period. This status has the effect of simply canceling your order. So if you want your hardware, you need to place a new order. You will not be charged twice, since we were refused the first payment and we cannot return it.


Invoices

Our packages are shipped accompanied by item labels showing the details of your order. You can download various documents related to your orders from our site. Go to "My order history and details", click on the relevant "Order reference", then in the information that is displayed click on "Download your invoice in PDF format".


VAT

We apply VAT in accordance with France and European Union rules:
For sales to France, we apply the normal French VAT rate (currently 20%).
For sales intended for individuals in a country of the European Union, we apply the VAT of the country of destination.
For sales intended for professionals, with a valid intra-community VAT number, in a country of the European Union , we sell tax free in self-liquidation.
For sales outside the European Union we do not apply VAT.


confidentiality

Our site has an SSL certificate. Thanks to this, in addition to guaranteeing our identity, communication is encrypted between you and us (https in the URL of our site). Therefore, no third party or robot can capture your browsing or the information you enter on our site (username, password, address, etc.). Furthermore, SWM Europa undertakes not to communicate, give or resell its customer file to any third party. At no time will you receive external advertising as a result of registering with us. Your registration with us concerns only you and us!


Internet Explorer

We strongly advise against using the Internet Explorer browser. Indeed, while our entire site has been developed in compliance with current standards, we notice a series of malfunctions when browsing with IE. Among the most notable: - IE displays an alert page about our SSL certificate. It warns you that you are taking risks by continuing to browse our site when, on the contrary, we have secured communication, - When you select a calibrated part (nozzle, needle well, etc.), it sometimes does not take into account the size you request, it then only puts the default size of the part in your basket. None of this happens with other browsers. We recommend Mozilla Firefox.


Contact us

Through this section located at the top left of our page, you access a form allowing you to write to us. We respond to all messages! Apart from messages asking us for stickers or other advertising items, which are automatically classified without further action. Although we respond strictly to all messages, you may not receive our messages. In fact you probably receive them, but they may arrive in your junk mail or other spam. Our site generates significant traffic and some service providers sometimes compare us to spammers. This is of course not the case, we never send any unwanted messages. To our knowledge, there are 2 service providers who refuse to transmit our messages to their recipient: AOL and GMX. If your email box is one of these providers, we recommend using another, or contacting your provider to tell them that our messages are in no way spam or phishing. We have repeatedly asked them to unblock this undeserved situation (in fact, no major service providers block our messages) and we have never received any response. So, rather than yelling at us when we do respond to all messages, use another service provider.
