You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return one or more items from said order to us.

Here are the steps of the return procedure:

1st step:

- From your account, access your order history
- Select the order containing the product(s) you want to return
- Select the product(s) you want to return by checking the box next to their name(s)
- Add an explanation to let us know if you prefer a refund, or a Discount voucher if you wish to exchange it for another item
- Click on "Generate a return"

After the 15-day period, you can no longer carry out this procedure.

2nd step:

- Once your return is generated, its default status is "Waiting for confirmation"
- Monitor the history of this return. When we are informed of your intention we will confirm your return, the status will then change to "Waiting for package". Then print the generated return slip, attach it to the package and ship.
WARNING: The item(s) must be returned to us new, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Take particular care to pack your return well! Do not use the individual carburetor box as the overall package packaging, use additional packaging. Understand that returned products must be able to be resold as new. The slightest scratch or the slightest defect forces us to refuse the recovery.

3rd step:

We receive the package. The status of your Return changes to "Parcel received".
Depending on the situation when the package is opened, either the part(s) are compliant and we will respond favorably to your request (Discount voucher or refund), or they are damaged and we cannot accept your return. The status of your Return therefore changes to either 'Return Completed' or 'Return Refused'.

If you chose to be refunded, you will receive your refund via your original purchase transaction. If you paid by bank transfert, you must send us your bank details for the refund. This procedure is longer.
If, on the contrary, you have asked us for a Discount Voucher, you will simply receive a code, to be entered when of your next purchase. This code will reduce your new purchase by the amount of your return.
